your hair grows 1/2 to and 1 inch like every month, you just have to wait it out. eat well it will make it healthier. you could get extensions, but it your a guy that might not look good.

I have really long hair, all I do is take Vitamin E a couple times a week. Brushing it and keeping it clean helps, along with a trim ever couple months.

I too had extremely short hair last December. Now it's already below my ears and in another couple of months it will be shoulder length. My hair never grew quickly and ever since I've been taking Calcium and Vitamin D everyday .... my hair and finger nails are growing faster and both are much stronger and healthier. I'm not certain it's due to taking these pills BUT I have definitely noticed that change since I began this regimen.

I take 1500 mg of Calcium and 800 Units of Vitamin D daily.

On the lighter side ... I have been told that if you tie your hair back in a pony tail .... it will grow much faster! LOL Give it a try and good luck!

1. drink plenty of water. This keeps your body hydrated and therefor your hair hydrated

2. Drink Green Tea. Green tea is said to contain natural components that loosen your blood vessels, which is how your Hair grows,

3. increase your blood circulation by exercise. This will jump start your hair into the active period of growing

4. When washing your hair, try massaging your scalp, this will further dilate your blood vessels and helps your hair to grow.

ok,...it will still be slow though,..

1. eat proteins and vitamin e will help as well

2. dont use too many chemicals in ur hair,..( hair dyes, hair sprays, certain shampoos)

3. use a conditioner religiously

3. dont blow dry it hot,..go cold

4. get a hair trim every 2 months or so,..i know this might seem like the wrong thing to do,..but trust me on this,..just take a little off the ends.

this wont help much,..but it should reduce the negetive effects that growing ur hair brings,..
