Get a jar of SuperGro or use "DooGro" products. You can find it at Sally's Beauty Supply or King's Beauty Supply. Otherwise trim it regularly when you get perms.

What you need to do is keep your hair as healthy as you possibly can, take regular care of your hair, try to deep condition it at least once a month, try to stay away from harsh chemicals, %26amp; have it trimmed every 6 to 8 weeks. Taking vitamins helps improve the health of your hair as well as the rest of your body.

If you absulutly MUST have your hair longer I suggest getting extension. The real human hair ones are the best, you can style them just like you would your own hair, you can dye them, use irons %26amp; heat on them etc. The only problem with the human hair ones is they're a bit more expensive then the synthetic hair, but they're worth it
