I know this is going to sound strange, but you need to make sure you go about every 6 weeks or so and have your hair trimmed. Cutting off the damaged ends of your hair will keep it healthier and it will grow faster. For example, my daughters hair was about 3 inches below her shoulders at the beginning of the school year last year. We decided to let it grow so she could donate it to Locks of Love and by the end of May (October-May) her hair grew another 9 inches...she had 12 inches to donate and her hair is still long enough to pull back. Also make sure you drink plenty of water and get plenty of omega fatty acids...these steps will all keep your hair well hydrated and healthier as well.

but ultra nourish hair at gnc. it really works. alos stand in cold water when u wash ur hair (for a couple of mins). eat alot of beans, and green veggies, also meat! drink alot of water. also u can buy rosemary, garlic and cocunut oil. blend them together n heat up. place alll over ur scalp (let someone help). leave in for 20mins and wash with shampoo n conditioner. after ur hair is dry, braid it. it has helped me alot.
