its a pain for men to grow healthy long hairs why is it so... some problem with their gender or is it a maintenence issue... for their hairs....

Men that come in my chair that have longer hair usually have nicer hair than mine i think its cuz they dont really do much to their hair the coloring and perming and what not but sometimes when guys have long hair and its in bad condition they are not taking care of their hair or its an issue with age..

It's usually their jobs, and personal taste. You don't see too many CEO's sporting dread-locks, and there's a reason for it - you gotta look "respectable" in the business world.
That's why so many musicians DO grow their hair out. They don't have to conform to the business norm.
